Very impressed with an excellent installation of our new stove. It took only a day and a half; the team were friendly – and clean and tidy! – and it is a really professional job. The whole experience from first inquiry to completed installation has been very good. We discussed and got what we wanted, were kept informed throughout, and there was some very helpful background design work as well. The stove, a Contura, finished in soapstone, is very attractive and an asset to our living room. Thanks to all the team!

Friendly, helpful, personable, and patient showroom staff. Good advice from home visit quotation guy. (Despite the fact he is from Lancashire !! ?? sorry, only joking!! ) Cheerful, tidy, punctual multi–skilled installation engineers, who worked hard to meet our spec. and kept us informed, as work progressed, which enabled us to make ongoing choices, as our old house revealed some unexpected challenges.

Just keep them well supplied with brews, and you won’t be disappointed !! Really happy with the end result.  Stove working a treat and looks great. Not the cheapest job for us to do in our tenanted farmhouse, but would definitely recommend the high quality service and advised products, to family / friends.

My Contura wood burning stove was fitted today within a few weeks of placing the order. I was replacing a gas appliance. The fitters arrived just after 8am, quickly disconnected and made safe the redundant gas supply, and took great care to protect my furnishes and belongings from dust. They then worked methodically until the fitting was completed at 2.30pm (far ahead of what I’d envisaged), cleaned up and left the living room immaculate. I was given a practical demonstration about how to light and use the stove. I was also left a supply of firefighters, kindling and logs to tide me over until the next day as mine weren’t yet delivered. The stove looks fantastic. I can’t fault the service from initial discussion to completion. Excellent

I saw the Think Energy team at work on my son’s house 18 months ago and knowing he has been very content with the work they did, they were the obvious choice for my project. And I’m delighted by the end result. I was offered a variety of ideas in the design and an expert opinion by a knowledgeable and friendly team.

Just had an Esse inset stove installed so that we could keep our original fireplace with its lovely tiles. The lads did a great job. All done in a day. No mess. Friendly and prompt service.
